This app. has everything. Love it.

I have had this app for 7 months. Only thing that will work is bill pay. My cable boxes always show not connected. If you guys at least let me troubleshoot the boxes with this app then the review would have been better.

I really love this app because I can pay from my phone instead of calling or going in one of the locations to pay and love the new improvements they have made and when u pay on one day it goes in 2 or three days later like it says and my bill never changes it stays the same...

Its extremely helpful!

App looks like it was made by a 14 year old. Also it seems to save my password in plaintext, a major security flaw.

This app can be used in many ways

The app makes everything from bill pay to tech support so easy and the customer service is really good.

I tried to pay my bill and I keep getting an error saying my payment cannot be made at this time. That is not very helpful.

Im new at TWC and I think this app is great !

Crashes once a week

Need add feature asap hopefully "Arrange a late payment"

Loved this app & loved Time Warner but Im not crazy about Spectrum. App crashed on me this morning after I tried to make a payment. They tell you not to hit submit more than once so I had to contact them online to find out they never got the info. Took a half hour out of my morning. Should have been 2 minutes at the most. I dont understand why a small company bought a larger company and trys to intergrate their system with a larger, better system. Makes 0 sense. My cable hasnt worked the same since mid October. This app doesnt do what it is designed to do if you want make a payment. Just tried again today another half hour wasted.

Are these guys freakin serious! Its been 27 months since the iPhone 6/6+ was released and this app is still not optimized for these phones. Until this app is optimized all other updates are worthless. I am boycotting this app until TWC/Spectrum actually decides to support it.

Easy to use, extremely helpful. So much better than dealing with phone calls. The chat service works perfect! You can control your whole account from this app. Good job!

This app is awesome I love that I can activate any one of my digital devices. This helps when you dont have to call and talk to someone on the phone and you can just do it yourself awesome

Thanks to the level of account detail they include in the app, including equipment details, I was able to catch a support technician trying to scam me into upgrading our already near max account. TWC may be one big scam, but this app is awesome! Would be 5 if support features actually worked (such as sending a refresh signal to the box)

The app is helpful for giving you an overview of your services, bill, and payment. Not very reliable for finding out if theres an outage in the area, if its being worked on, or connecting you to the right support personnel when you do have trouble.
