Great app. Very easy to use

Very convenient & easy to use! I can add services, make an appointment, & pay my bill anytime-thanks!

With other cable carriers it is possible to reset your cable boxes through your smart phone. This is a great tool. Also the other carriers will show where the outages are so you dont have to guess as to whether or not you are included.

You can easily pay your bill, check your statements every month, and look at your voice mail box at your fingertips!

You have quick access to your bill and can make payments through the app. Also cool that you can change your wifi network name and password super easily. Lots of features, but these are the two Im impressed with the most.

I Love the Time Warner app because its so easy convenient to use the app I can check statement, paid the bill, reset the modem and Much more to do so. Absolutely recommend to download the this app for Time Warner.

The app uses this weird keyboard that is not the apple keyboard, and has strange text boxes pop up that say questionable things like "would you like to have this card information associated with your Touch ID". Obviously that sounds perfectly normal for iOS, but the text box that pops up is not the default iOS style, it is some faux looking style, as if it were a scam. The same with the keyboard. Which would look as if it were copying your typing and sending it somewhere you dont want it to go. Even stranger after it asked about the card and Touch ID I chose yes but nothing happened... As if it were a scam and just needed user interaction/permission to access my iPhones Touch ID frame work.....

This is has come a long way and but, could easily be said, it could be better.

I didnt expect much from a cable company, so I was pleasantly shocked at how good this app is. It gives me access to all the account management tools that I need. Interface is straightforward and easy to navigate. Everything just works! (Except during the rate server error.) Well done, TWC.

Easy to view your bill appointments all the functions

I dont care about the resolution of the app because I dont use it enough. However, whats bugs me about this app is that the "keep me logged in check box" does not keep me logged in at all. Otherwise, the app does what I need it to do. Sure, its a little embarrassing to have the resolution lag behind a couple years but it functions.

I have used this app for a few weeks now and find it very helpful. I can check a variety of things without logging into my account on the computer. Would recommend anyone with TWC downloading the app.

Since all the updates I couldnt be more happy with this app. It gets you in touch with them through chat. It does many useful things. Love it!

Where to start? All the stuff seems half-tested with no regression testing between system updates on their end. Poor versioning, altogether. Example: I go to pay my bill and it remembers my credit card...sort of. Some update to something somewhere and now it gives me an error, saying ************#### is not a valid cc number. Quit using text validation rules where they dont belong

If only other companies could make it this easy to interact with them without requiring a sales of customer rep. Great app!

This is pretty good for reviewing most aspects of your account. For that I would give it at least four stars. However, it is severely lacking in its ability to manage your account. i.e. To make changes. For that reason, I only give it three stars.

Very happy with TWC, way better than windstream!
