Loved this app & loved Time Warner but Im not crazy about Spectrum. App crashed on me this morning after I tried to make a payment. They tell you not to hit submit more than once so I had to contact them online to find out they never got the info. Took a half hour out of my morning. Should have been 2 minutes at the most. I dont understand why a small company bought a larger company and trys to intergrate their system with a larger, better system. Makes 0 sense. My cable hasnt worked the same since mid October. This app doesnt do what it is designed to do if you want make a payment. Just tried again today another half hour wasted.
