TWC app bugs need fixing!

Its great that TWC has an app, but it would be nice not to be charged a late fee when my bill is not showing up on the app. Even after checking and refreshing the app at least once a day for half a month!

When I receive a call on my home phone the notifications show up on my iPhone which I really like. Just so you know when I enabled touch ID within this app when I was making a payment it alerted my bank and blocked my debit card.

App partially works

I have a lot of disconnect and slow internet connection issues. My modem is not easily accessible so to reboot it I was told to reauthorize it using this app. I have been doing this 3 to 5 times a week but it really never seems to do anything, the lights never change and the internet doesnt get better. Turns out what I am doing does nothing. I was told by a rep at time Warner that my mesmerized has been on and has not been reauthorized for over 130 days. We confirmed the serial numbers match in the app and on the device. Worthless app for what I need if for. Guess Ill just have to deal with bad internet till Fios comes to town.

Does exactly what I needed each time. You name it, check bill, contact customer service, payment option, upgrade plans, etc. I also love it how it automatically prompted me to install wifi hotspot on my device so I dont need to enter password each time Im near a TWC wifi. Thank you for making it easy!

Disappointing APP!

Dont worry about down loading this app. Its unfortunate I cant give them a big fat ZERO! Rather than solution its full of frustrating experiences. Now I know why TWC/Spectrum is constantly falling to the bottom of most if not all customer service ratings year after year. There is nothing worse than a disappointing app that doesnt work. Network ERROR is NOT what I want to continuously see when I try to log in to pay my bill. THE WORST APP I HAVE EVER DOWNLOADED.

Great customer service especially with the 24 hour chat they have with this app time Warner cable has got way better after charter communications has taken over.

Poor at managing your account

I continually use this app so I dont have to call them. The app is clunky and is missing expected features. Reoccurring payments, troubleshooting, and account management are all lacking my expected use.

Network Error! Network Error!

Every time I try to use the app! I can never log in! I have to go to the website through my phone or call. If you are going to create an app make it work. Dont annoy your already disappointed customers. Theres enough issues with your pricing. Just another cable annoyance.

Not Bad But Could Be Better

I find the TWC app easy enough to get around but not at first. Its not the most intuitive interface and it overall feels clunky. It could use some refinement but it gets the job done.

Good For Paying Bills

The app is good for paying your bills and simple trouble shooting, but it has a very dated and bland UI. Not a great user experience, but I can stay on top of my payments.
